Shipping policy

When placing an order in our webshop, you can choose to either pick it up from our studio in Store Strandstræde every Friday between 12:00 and 15:00, or have it delivered to your address or a parcel shop/locker.

You will first receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a second email containing your shipping confirmation, which includes the carrier details and tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package at any time. We use GLS for shipping, and your order will be dispatched within 14 business days. All shipments are insured and carefully packed.

Please note that Mith is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, shipping times to certain countries may be longer due to specific shipping requirements.

Mith offers a 14-day full return policy starting from the day you receive your items. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.

 The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be sent back without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after the purchase has been received. The return is considered within the deadline if the item is shipped before the 14-day period expires.

The items must be returned in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. Returns that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense. Ensure the item is securely wrapped before returning it. You are responsible for the package and its contents until we have received it. For parcel shipments, please retain proof of postage as evidence that you have sent the return.
